We specialize in heritage-breed Red Wattle and Mangalitsa pigs—known for their rich marbling, depth of flavor, and tenderness, often referred to as the “wagyu of pork.”

Our animals are raised on regenerative pastures without hormones, antibiotics, or GMOs—guided by a simple approach: raise them the right way and let the quality speak for itself!

In addition to pork, we offer beef, chicken, eggs, and other seasonal provisions—made available through private access to the farm.
